During client sessions, this video reminder of specifics in the "how to do therapeutic exercise correctly" is created for the client’s personal library of necessary exercises to restore peak performance.
Included with this video is a 15 minutes one on one session with Beth through zoom or voice call to discuss the details of the injury or area requiring therapeutic attention.

You will be required to review the injury or challenged area of the body that needs additional recovery or therapeutic exercises with Beth before video will be created.
You will also be required to fill out our Video Liability and Release Form before you recieve your personalized video.
