Personalized Therapeutic Video Creation

This video option is by special request only.  Beth creates a personalized video that can cover therapy for specific injuries or recovery exercises to enhance consistent practice in one's healing regimen. During client sessions, this video reminder of specifics in the "how to do therapeutic exercise correctly" is created for the client’s personal library of necessary exercises to restore peak performance.
